This hotel is dingy and rundown. Probably last renovated in the 80s. Not awful, but pretty bad. I booked a room with two queens for my family of four and they changed the reservation to a single king with pullout sofa bed because they claimed to have overbooked the hotel. The two rooms were large but the sofa bed had zero support, comfort, or sheets/pillows. After asking staff for sheets and blankets so as not to sleep on a bare 50+ year old mattress, they handed me a single fitted sheet. I had to ask someone else for more than that and I still was not given a blanket, just another fitted sheet and a couple standard sheets. Better than nothing I guess. Had to take extra pillows off the king. It’s an odd layout where you have to take one rickety elevator to the lobby only to take another rickety elevator to the rooms. I didn’t bother with even looking at the workout facility because I was not confident in its sanitation. If you are by yourself and looking for reasonably priced reservations downtown Columbus, I’m sure it’s a reasonable last resort. If you have intentions of bringing your family, anywhere else is probably worth the extra cost.

This was disappointing. We booked a suite, and we called the front desk from our room, and the woman told us all suites had a sofa bed. My suite did not. The front desk argued with me about this. She said “I work here, I know what’s in the rooms.” I told her- I’m standing in the room and there is no sofa! So we went down to talk with them, and talked with someone else. He told us they overbooked, so they gave us a suite without one. They then moved us to a room with a sofa bed (which we needed). We quickly moved to the new room, and it had one. We went out for our event, and came back later that evening after it was over, and the bathroom had no hot water. None. None in the sink or the shower. I messaged the hotel and got no response. We checked out the next morning and informed them, again, that not only did we have no hot water, but we messaged them and got no response. We were told we would get 1/2 off our room. We did not get 1/2 off our room. I then got a response message 6 hours after we checked out (about 18 hours after I messaged them) that they would look into the no hot water issue. This did little to help us after we had checked out. Overall, the room was outdated, no hot water, terrible customer service (especially the first person we spoke to who was argumentative about a soda bed when there clearly was not one), lack of responses, and the lies about getting half off. Find someone else to stay. There’s tons of hotels downtown Columbus. We are a loyal Hilton member- this hotel is forever crossed off.

The room was absolutely freezing. I turned it to 72 and went to dinner. Came back to a sauna! I asked front desk what to do and he said it’s an old building you don’t choose we do and it’s only heat right now so either very hot or freezing. We can bring you a fan. Then my toilet was broken/ no maintenance was working though. The tub was absolutely disgusting, it had loose dirt in it! I also called ahead of time about parking and was told it was included in the room price. It was not. $25 was added on. Almost $200 for the night?!?! No way!!! I’ve called and emailed to no responses. The guy at the front desk each time told me he didn’t have time for this and to hurry up? I got about an hour of sleep due to the room temp. Will never go back!!!

My room was nice, but not very clean. The cups for the coffee maker were not wrapped like typical hotel rooms, it actually looked like it was just rinsed out? The bathroom had a musty odor. I aaked the front desk every morning to please do something about it. They said they would, but it smelled the same everyday. The staff was nice, but the bartender called out so they closed down the restaurant which meant I had to walk to get food. The hotel isn't very close walking distance to a decent place to eat. I probably wouldn't stay here again. There are nicer options closer to the airport.

COLD SLEEPERS BEWARE - the rooms are spacious and fine but in the wintertime, they only have heat in the building so the rooms are extremely hot. If you like to sleep in colder rooms, do not stay here. If you like hot rooms, this hotel is for you! The showers are also intense!! The water pressure is extremely high so the showers are an experience; however, there are no fans in the bathrooms so they get very steamy (which then doesn't help with the temperature in the room). Hotel service was friendly, they provided a fan for the room, but this only helped minimally. Its a nice hotel, but just dated and the room temperature is a major issue for me.
