Dotombori Crystal Hotel in Osaka is a standout for its exceptional service and hospitality. Particularly impressive was their dedicated assistance in locating our lost luggage and their help in securing a taxi to the airport on our last day. The hotel's prime location (albeit somewhat difficult to find, but likely because we were new to the area), comfortable rooms, and attentive staff make it a top choice for travelers seeking a clean, stress-free and enjoyable experience in Osaka

Location was perfect, close to the action but far enough away that it was nice and quiet of a night (apart from the cleaners cleaning rooms around us at 10pm one night). The staff were really friendly and helpful. Big rooms by Japanese standards, but not the cleanest. Found a couple of big old toe nails on the floor and someone's necklace from the stay before us. Not sure their vacuums work the best. All up, pretty good value for money.

The room was very clean, good AC, and service was prompt. At one point our wifi was not connecting, the front desk worker immediately went to adjust the router, and it was up and working in minutes. Only downside is the location is NOT quite near a station. If you have any luggage (we had backpacks) it will feel like a real slog to get there, especially if you're coming in after a day of walking and sightseeing.
