We had a terrible experience! The hotel staff doesn't speak basic english, and are not helpful at all. Apparently there were bugs in the bed or something because all of our legs are full of bites. The walls are paper thin so there is a lot of noise both from other rooms and outside. Our room was on the 27th floor and apparently there is no phone in the room, so if you have a problem you have to physically go to the reception each time or call them from your phone!!! To top it all of we had a problem with the reservation and we had to leave early, we contacted them a week in advance asking to shorten our stay and they had absolutely zero willingness to help, they were super ignorant. Apart from all of that the room was quite specious and shower worked great.

We don't recommend this hotel at all! 1 - they don't know english 2 - there's renovations and noise the we weren't aware of 3 - no safe in the room 4 - no telephone to call the reception 5 - nor a/c in the room - only in the kitchen area 6 - waiting fir elevator can take long time and from the 2 that they have, one doesn't go to all floors On a addition We needed to change our reservation because all of our trip plans has changed and we are not supposed to be in Busan as we planned. We missed the free cancellation time in less then 24 hours, while there is still almost a week before our booking. They didn't agree to cancel. We asked to pay the first night and cancel all the rest (1 night fine fee) - they didn't agree. We asked to cancel only 2 nights out of 5, they didn't agree. This proves how bad is their customer service.

Big, clean rooms at good value. Right off the main strip of haeundae. It's sort of an Airbnb/hotel hybrid experience rather than just a hotel but it worked well for me and the staff were responsive. For example: you do need to request room cleaning but it wasn't much of a hassle to do.

Very nice, new and clean. Great location. Negatives are that the kitchen and laundry facilities can not be used for short-term guests. I purposely booked this hotel because the rooms had these. Description states the bed is a queen, but it's really a full/double (2nd hotel in Korea like this, so learning it may just be the term here).They recommend keeping the AC between 25-27, which has been typically warmer than the outside temps 😄. Even if you place the sign asking for your room to be cleaned, they don't. They just place a bag of clean towels, water, and toothbrush at your door (whether you have the sign out or not). I now have a pile of these in my room, unused. Not a negative, but very limited English at reception. Have your translation app ready.

Receptionist very unfriendly. She also given two hotel guests only one card, not informing that there are two elevators, one for un-even numbers and the other even. The guests ended up at the pool instead of their rooms. Very minimalistic attitute.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
