The location is great, but def not going back there. Ever. Didn’t get the room as I requested with no compensation. The non-smoking room sheet smells exactly like smokes. No sanitary/plastic bag for laundry. You only get the shampoo-soap, toothbrush-paste. The tap can’t function properly, you can only use the shower above. You have to make a request call for a hair-dryer. And the parking lot is 1/5 rate. The staffs try to be responsive, good. The security is nice.

I spent 3 days 2 nights here for business proposes. The room was great, the tunnel smells good, the staffs were friendly, the service was great, the hot water worked well. And the location is spot on! It is totally in strategic place! And I love how the hotel empowers women! I saw most of their staffs are women! Fantastic! Plus point, somehow it felt like home as the ambience was so calm and homey. Will definitely come back again!

Tiny rooms. Maintenance is an issue, taps blocked, cistern valve leaking (water wastage). Restaurant is a disaster. Hygiene standards are abysmal. Dirty tables , staff touching food, food uncovered and allowed to get cold and reheated. Service is slow. So we have hotel with good potential, that is not managed. I couldn't get hold of the manager for the the 10 days I stayed. There are other hotels in the area that are better value for money too. On the plus side, the location is very convenient and the junior staff are polite and try to do what they think is best. Put this hotel under proper management and train the staff and it could be a winner.

Located strategically in Mega Kuningan area,this hotel very suitable for access to lots of embassy, apply visas & office buildings. The receptionist Ms. Fransiska also very helpful & polite. I also got early check in since they have available room. Bedroom & Bathroom both are clean & tidy, nice lightning. Overall really nice and very satisfied with this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
