        i had book Basic room but during check in hotel provided me complimentary room upgrade with balcony and lake facing room. no elevator at hotel, but staff was very co-operative. location is Fantastic, in front of west lake, two indian restaurant, groceries shop at just walking distance. it's looks like Chinese theme based hotel, so breakfast also same but they have bread, butter, jam, and fruits too. Bathroom shower was not working properly. Rest all good, worthy stay.

        We checked into the dragon hotel after we agreed we would be arriving one night later as we stayed longer in Ha Long Bay. Upon entry to the hotel room there were 3 “off” banana’s with fruit flies hovering around. We paid for a room with a view but the tree was covering most of it and the view wasn’t really expect nor was the room to be honest. I requested a higher floor and they obliged and took us to a room on the third floor. Upon entry it was clear similarly with the old room it was dirty and not even hidden. -Marked dirty linen -Dirty bedside cabinets which can be wiped off -Toilet had hairs all over it which gave me no confidence anything was clean -the floor was filthy and I even did an example of cleaning it to one of the colleagues I photographic proof of all evidence After discovering what a dirty hotel it was we made the decision to have to leave and in the end we stayed Senn Grand Hotel which was much better and clean. I spoke to the Manager on the phone who was called “Long” who did say he would liase with Agoda to come to some resolution but we have heard nothing from them. We do want some recompense for this unfortunate situation and we would not recommend staying in the dragon hotel Hanoi. As I discussed with the Manager I would be embarrassed To have such low standards and it seems the staff are quite lazy.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
