Its pretty good for a budget hotel with basic amenities and a decent living space. Not for fussy people. Just one thing to take note, the windows are paper thin. That together with the amount of noise generated in the surrounding areas below in the wee hours of the morning, you better get some ear plugs or have the ability to tune noise out

Overall exceptional. I came here in 2012 for a symposium at Johor Bahru Convention Center held by UTM, and I chose this hotel because it was located close to the symposium site and the price was good. It was comfortable, good room design, helpful staff, clean, perfect.

Win at price and location . Malls and heritage foods hawker is walking distance. Im so excited it is also close to Johor courseway.. Just i was insecure about the parking. The is no reservation park for the inn however u have an option to park at nearby highrise basement parking with Touch&Go. Gated guarded parking area. Good and safe place!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
