Hotel is very central, couple mins distance to city center and railway station. Can’t really complain about rooms. Impossible to reach hotel and staff through any means of communication tool. I thought they don’t have phones but you hear the dial when you call them, just nobody is answering the calls or mails. Hundred percent would recommend if you’re ok with no response policy before, during and after your stay.

Only went to the restaurant for a meal. Food was either barely warm or really hot, meals were incorrect, and even when they were sent back to be re-heated or corrected, they took ages and then were still wrong. Staff were nice about it and helped to overcome it, but really disappointing food. More pantomime than a meal but it was Christmas. Location, tables, seating and view were all fantastic.

The room was comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower combination with plenty of hot water. However the individual room heating system did not work, had to get a fan heater from reception which turned up 35 minutes later after a second request .

Booked 2 rooms and both were clean and tidy. The food was delicious and the view was amazing. Lovely walk along the river with a sculpture trail. The food and drinks were priced well. The lady that was at the front desk when we arrived was cheerful and welcoming and happy to help us out.

Had 2 evening meals in the restaurant, both were delicious and fairly priced. Compliments to the chef! Lovely view of the lake from the restaurant. Kitchen does close at 9pm, so don't get caught out. Room was fairly basic and slightly tired. WiFi worked well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
