DONT STAY HERE. It's the worst accommodation in Metro Manila. The rooms are small, very old and smell terrible (like raw sewage). There was no soap holder mounted in the shower and a big crack in the Handbasin. The exhaust fan was very noisy and did not extract the steam. We heard every noise from outside...every time a neighbour open or closed a door and the noise from the street was loud even on the 11th floor! There was no cutlery and no tea/coffee supplied. The bath towels were paper thin. We requested carparking in advance but did not receive a reply from either our email request direct to Dragonlink Suites or our request submitted through Agoda. We had to find pay carparking at another hotel. The location is good though and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Desperately needs renovations. Our advice is to look elsewhere as you will get a better deal.

This place is good for 2 to 3 people to stay. Service is okay. The rooms are okay too. It is a great location its close to a lot of food chains and restaurant. For night lifers, this place a go-to place to stay in because there are bars and night life activities establishments near by.

The room was satisfactory if you just need to sleep overnight. I just wish the staff would not be unreasonably strict with previous customers. We were just waiting at 5AM in the entrance of Bel-Air Soho and wanted to ask the front desk if we could wait for a few minutes in their lobby because it was raining. Suddenly the short-haired, masculine lady staff on the front door who was casually chatting up with a Middle Eastern customer blocked us and accosted us in a hostile manner. She interrogated us on what room number we are in (we're booked with another Bel-Air Soho agency), and told us that we're not allowed in the waiting area. She otherwise ignored us when I told her that we were recent customers and we were even thinking of booking again. She uttered an insincere obligatory apology, which does not fix the fact that the damage has already been done. We will never recommend this condotel's service to our friends, because we want to keep them from potentially experiencing such similar discomfort.

I got the room on sale and it was cheap for an overnight stay. Room is very spacious and clean. There is a sink, a ref, and a coffee maker. There is no microwave or cooking tools if ever you need one. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Location is very nice since there are a lot of restos, clubs, and convenience stores that are walking distance. Highly recommend this place if you just need a no-frills space to sleep at after a night out. However, if you’re looking for the full hotel experience with all the amenities, then this may not be for you. All in all, my experience was good and will probably book again if needed and if it still on sale. Wouldn’t book the place if it was full price though.

I loved the staff, the front desk, the guards, and cleaning team. Everyone was cool. I’ll miss y’all! Lots of 24 hour food nearby. The rooms are great with beautiful views and nice showers. They are spacious, too!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
