        Absolute NIGHTMARE. We booked the apartment on Dale Street through Airbnb and were charged £100. Once it was booked, we were informed that we’d be charged a deposit of £150-£250 upon arrival that would be refunded if the apartment was kept in good condition. The check-in location was 5 minutes away, at the reception desk of another building. We wrote ahead of time to ask if our bags could be left there so that we weren’t stuck with them until checkin. We didn’t hear back, so we headed there when we arrived only to find the reception desk didn’t exist. When we phoned, the man on the other end said he hadn’t worked at Dream for a year!! Once we contacted the correct person, he said someone would phone us back. An hour, a message, and 2 unanswered calls later, someone called to say they needed to cancel the booking. This was 90 minutes before we were due to check in! Terrible service on every level. These people are a scam, don’t trust them!

        Do not stay here. We were unable to contact anybody for check in until an hour later. They were extremely unhelpful, offered no solutions, and cut me off on hold after it felt like I might have been getting somewhere. Eventually, several hours later we got an email saying our booking had been cancelled. Just stick to the standard hotels, e.g Z round the corner, who were very helpful.

        DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. First of all, the £100 deposit you pay, you will NOT get back. All my calls & emails are constantly ignored. The apartments look nothing like the pictures. Extremely dirty, uncomfortable & broken appliances. Black / brown stained cover. Urine stained mattress. Broken plug - dangerous!

        Absolutely dreadful. A party of 12 of us, 6 in each apartment. 3 of us got stuck in the lift for over ½hr and when one of our party who was in reception rang the owners they said leave it with us we will try and get back to you in an hour, my friend said there a disabled asthmatic in there, I'll need to call emergency services and they put the phone down on her. When we returned to the apartments there was a lad on reception and he asked a friend if they had any marijuana...my friend was horrified, then he said oh you lot got stuck in the lift eh, we all had such a good laugh about it.... The 2nd of the 2 rooms we booked was appalling, the beds hadn't been changed, had blood and hairs on them and the sofa bed had no linen, it stunk and was dirty. The 1st of the rooms wasn't much better, each room had 1 toilet roll for 6 people, the linen for the sofa bed was also non existent and the mattress on the sofa bed was damp. We have all come back with bites all over us. We did try and complain to the owners but again the phone was put down on us. I would never go back to this rat hole and hope the owners are reading this as your customer service skills are like the bed linen, non-existent.

        DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely furious with this company, it is an absolute scam. We couldn’t find the hotel when arriving in Liverpool as it was hidden under a different name. There was someone on ‘reception’ sat in a chair at the front desk who had to call his mate who was checking us in on the phone. I then had to pay a deposit of £100 over the phone which was sketchy, but I was promised that it would come back into my account as it was only held as a pending amount. This was a lie, 3 weeks later I have still not got my money back and all of my messages are being ignored. The rooms are lifeless and dirty, there were dead bugs in the fridge and marks all over the walls. The key to the room was kept in a dodgey lock next to the door and there were no staff apart from one boy in a coat walking in and out to go to the shop. I will NEVER stay here again and strongly advise anyone against doing so, you will get scammed, robbed and be left with nothing but anger. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
