A nice hostel, decent price, I felt safe there, iron available. The only disadvantage was some time staff, that did not speak English or someone, who was not that welcoming at the arrival. But that's maybe the local culture.

We booked online through the website and got the email confirmation to say our accommodation was booked weeks before, then on the day or arrival they turned us away saying that our card declined (even though we’ve booked multiple hostels with it and it has money on the account). They cancelled the reservation with no attempt to contact us or let us know, so no one told us the card declined or that they cancelled. The booking confirmation also said pay on arrival so we assumed that was the reason they didn’t take money out of the account. Then they said we had to rebook online on the day but the room we booked was fully booked and they would not give us an alternate room for the same price, meaning we would have had to pay an extra per night/person. No one offered any help, leaving us stranded in Barcelona to search for alternative accommodation options. Extremely disrespectful and terrible service. Wouldn’t waste your time.

The hostel is allright. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. I stayed in a room for 12. It was clean but way too warm at night. There was airconditioning but you had to ask them to turn it on for you, due to it being very high on the wall and close to a top bunkbed which made it kinda difficult to access. There are only 3 showercabins in the women bathroom with one being out of service. I give them a 6,5 for cleanliness. Location is good, there are different buslines around here.

I was racially profiled on 16/11/2023 at around 18:30, the guy even threatened to break my head , although last year my stayed was so perfect with good staffs but this time🥹🥹

Stayed in a 8 bed dorm. The sleeping pod concept is great for privacy. Rooms were clean and very modern. Staff were friendly but not great with recommendations. The kitchen/dining area is a bit crammed but has all it needs for a hostel of its size.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
