Having lived in various other apartments in Barcelona, this was by far the best apartment we stayed. The apartment itself is great but the management team is amazing, especially the building manager Toni. He was always there to assist us in any way possible. The agency is very methodical and just. They follow all government procedures regarding deposits, etc. The appliances used in the apartment are top class and regularly maintained and updated. The building is in a very friendly neighbourhood of Gracia with the placa Vila de gracia right in the corner. We stayed in this building for 6 months in our lovely apartment on the second floor and I still cannot think of anything negative about the apartment or the building.

Nice place in the very hearth of Gracia. The only problem was in the shower: there was a leak and the bathroom was flooded with water...
