        management is not on site, which means it's hard to contact the landlord. The fridge didn't work and they gave us an appointment to fix it and didn't come, as promised, 3 times. After a discussion with the landlord, Malik Jawad, he promised a 20% refund and they never acted on this. Also, the toilet leaks water from the wall — the ground is always wet. Pillows were not good quality. The hairdryer has the incorrect plug from a different country, which is not at all used in the UAE. The wifi password was also not given to us, leaving us needing to contact Malik about the password, and therefore having the first few hours that we didn't come without wifi. In addition, only one key was given to the apartment. Overall, while the location of the apartment is good, the service is most certainly not and the room has many issues with it, making it a headache to live in, even for my short, 5-night long visit. Furthermore, if your flight arrives early, before the checkin opens, you will have to book the night before your stay to ensure an early checkin. I wouldn't recommend staying with Dream-inn.

        we have problems from the very beginning. at first we were given only one key to the apartment, but we indicated that 3 people would live. After check in there was a strong smell of cigarettes. sofa with cigarette holes. plumbing in terrible condition. in the kitchen, only boiling water comes out of the tap and there is no cold water. the refrigerator does not work, we reported it. they sent us specialists who do not know how to repair either plumbing or a refrigerator at all and were told to call the support service themselves. also, water is leaking in one of the toilets from under the sink and it is not possible to use it. The landlord has not yet resolved the issue. we lost all the products that were bought for our parents. the apartment does not match the description, as much is in a terrible state and cannot be used.

        Very customer unfriendly. I had health emergency and couldn’t travel. Called there and was told that they can give a refund if I provide the proof of that I’m sick. I spent half a day in Indonesia in the middle of nowhere to get the sick certificate and sent it. What I got as a response is an ‘offer’ to change the dates - which is anyway allowed within policies, so what’s the deal?? Why making a sick person going through all the trouble, when you know upfront you won’t make any favour even in case of emergency?? Find it ridiculous. Also rating has dropped couple of points since I booked - clear indication of reality. Hope management reads it - with current competition time to take care of customers not only with declaring, but also really doing so.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
