When you walk through the door, you're greeted by a humongous floor to ceiling fish tank. The hotel has a rooftop lounge (PHD) and in the lobby it connects to a restaurant (Sarafina) and a bar (Nick). The restaurant serves a complimentary breakfast that doesn't include any hot food but the waiters are extremely kind and attentive. I suggest making reservations for dinner service because we didn't have one and the wait for a table was over 30 minutes. The rooftop lounge decor is wonderful and the vibe was cool!! The rooms were small but that's expected in NYC. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the refrigerator in the room did not work (we were told not since the pandemic ) no wonder they gave us 2 complimentary bottles of water during check-in🤦🏽‍♀️There are no ice machines on the floors so I called the front desk to request ice and was told it would be right up. After a repeated call and 1 hour later, no one ever brought up the ice. I don't mind staying in a hotel room without a microwave but staying in one with a refrigerator that does not work is a huge NOPE!!

Lobby is beautiful and location is great. Besides that, the rooms are insanely small, the beds are excessively soft and the heating system is incredibly loud. I didn’t sleep for two nights because I was sinking into a bed and hearing constant plunking noises from the heating system. Oh, and you could also hear neighbors sneezing- the walls were sooo thin. On top of that, they have very heavily perfumed soaps / shampoos, which are not allergy friendly. Finally, the hot water was out on the morning I checked-out, so I had a freezing cold shower, punctuated by perfume. Overall, not the best experience and will not return, even on an expense account!

Overall great hotel with a great location and staff. Would come back here 10/10 for sure. Rooftop bar was amazing with great views and service. Totally recommend. Only thing holding it back were the room sizes but for what you are paying and where it’s at, it’s 100% appropriate and satisfactory.

Hopefully you read all these reviews because they say a lot. Location is great! It is located very close to many things you will probably want to visit. That's about the only good you get. As many people have stated there is an unexpected facility charge that is listed in the fine print, but after you already pay a bunch to stay here it's sleazy. Breakfast that is included is sub par. Bread, bagels, croissant rolls, yogurt, and a few cereals. If I'm paying a facility charge for the extras, I want a breakfast that's decent. I also took one bite, stood up to get coffee and returned to a cleared table and had to start all over, luckily I had nowhere to be and had the time to. Room is small with hardly any space for luggage. No do not disturb tag. My wife is on business, I'm not so I will be in the room more and other than locking the door can't have them leave me alone. They are in the World of Hyatt group but told me I won't get any stay points and didn't add my WoH number to our stay. These are all things you wish you knew before you stayed so hopefully you read and take our advice to let this place die and get bought by a company that will give it just the little extra love it needs to be better.

What a fun place to stay! It’s right next to Broadway and not far from Times Square. It’s also within walking distance to Central Park. It was really a great location. There is a $.99 pizza shop right next door and that was very handy. You will hear sirens and honking all day and all night…but it is New York after all! Our room was very, very small but it was the perfect hub for being out in the city all day. The bathroom was a very tight fit but we were happy to have it as we found other affordable options in the city did not have private bathrooms. 😳 We were on a 13 day trip up and down the east coast and they had the best bed and pillows of any of our stops. They give meal vouchers to Serafina’s (which is downstairs outside) for a continental breakfast which was greatly appreciated. However, while the breakfast bar had a good variety it just was not impressive in terms of the quality of food offered. We often opted to eat elsewhere. Overall I recommend staying here for an affordable, fun, good quality stay in the big apple!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
