        Caution! Be aware that they insist on obtaining your personal credit card details upon check-in. Our experience was marred by disappointing service from the start. Upon arrival, we were informed of additional charges for local tax, ID verification, and the mandatory submission of credit card details – a significant cause for concern. Despite our willingness to pay a deposit with cash and card, they claimed accepting cash and paying with card was illegal and insisted on obtaining our credit card details. (HUGE Red Flag). Faced with this unsettling demand, we opted to cancel our reservation.

        We expected amazing rooms, clean and fully equipped, with a hairdryer, shampoo, clean towels, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Everything was spotless, and the lady at the reception was very polite. The only drawback is that there is no 24-hour reception service (it is open from 9 in the morning until 9 in the evening), so there is no one to assist you with any issues that may arise during your stay. Even though we got stuck in the elevator at midnight 😂, I highly recommend it because everything was perfect. 🙏❤️❤️ (5th floor)😁

        If your flight is delayed and you don't arrive at your accommodation before 9pm, they simply tell you that you have to sleep in another location. Very bad service. Kitchen with few utensils. For that price, there are many better options nearby.

        Be aware that the check in time is up to 9pm, if you will be arriving later then 9pm you won't be able to check in and they won't refund you the money back. There is only air-conditioning in the dining room so the bedrooms are all hot and the air-conditioning in the dining room isn't working properly. It's a very nice size spacious apartment.

        The receptionist was really bad and rude . She must work until 21:00 but at that moment she had gone and rejected us to check in no matter how we bagged her. Then she was out of control and screaming at us , she even complained her job . we had explained that we called the manager that we would arrive there a little late, the manager said he would call her and ask her to stay until 21:15 , but we were there at 20:55, she didn’t open the door until we asked for help from strangers who live there,she gave us key and went away for her children . We wanted to pay for the city taxes but she stopped me to talk .I must say that if I’m her boss I would fire her and let her go to work for another one company. we’re just staying in Milan for pleasure and it’s none of our business to hear about how she complained her job . We were very disappointed by her reluctance service. We can’t believe that this apartment has this staff. How shame on her.
