This resort is beautiful, but what made it stand out was the service. They are so friendly and accommodating. You can tell the staff enjoys working here. Every single member was attentive and helpful and just put a really positive vibe on the place. We got to see a couple different suites because they were not full every night we were there. Each is unique and really well done. I would definitely come back and stay again. The beds and furniture are comfortable, the outdoor area is clean and well maintained. The breakfast each morning was tasty and prepared well. They even had someone help us with our bags at 4am for our flight home. This is true 5 stars.

An unforgettable experience! My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and loved every minute of it. Views are like no other. And you have guaranteed privacy unlike many other places in Santorini. The staff, Goirgos and Stefanos, were great and very helpful setting us into the hotel and recommending places on the island. There is free parking a minutes walk from the hotel.

Omg, having traveled the world this is the best place ever. The view is best in Santorini and free champaign bottle on arrival. Staff super friendly, huge cave rooms and I had my own infinity pool. Never want to leave paradise.

Not sure I have enough words to describe how absolutely amazing and breathtaking Dreams is in every single way. My husband and I spent four nights here at the tail end of a 2 week honeymoon in Europe and we wish we stayed longer. It is the best vacation experience we have ever had. George, the manager, is the most amazing and kind man! Every place we went at the recommendation of George was absolutely incredible food and service. He called all our taxis (more like luxury vehicles!!) and made all our reservations within minutes. He even coordinated with my husband to get flowers delivered on my birthday. We would let this man make all our life decisions… he is truly wonderful. Best meals we have ever had! Breakfast of your choice is served on your balcony every day at the time you choose by a younger gentleman (didn’t catch his name) and he was absolutely lovely. We looked forward to this every single day and it was a pleasure getting to know the staff. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily and it was the most beautiful place we will ever stay in (we stayed in the Iokasti Villa) Seriously pure luxury. The showers and bathrooms were beautiful, bed extremely comfortable and prices extremely fair on the mini bar which we used more than we ever do in hotels! (Greek wine is a must) Let’s talk VIEW….you cannot beat it. Every morning we were in complete awe and we spent every night in the hot tub watching The most incredible sunsets you’ll ever see in your life. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships and catamarans leave port. It really does not look real!! The location is impeccable, minutes walking to Fira but away from the crowds and super quiet. 25 min taxi to Oia but we wished we stayed in Imerovigli or Fira instead because it is just as beautiful if not more. We enjoyed some quick gyros down the street in Fira and a few other amazing dinners (of course by George’s recommendations) I can’t say enough good things about Dreams, George and the rest of the staff. My husband and I have a special place in our hearts for Santorini now and it wouldn’t have been the same without this amazing place and experience here. please do yourself a favor and STAY HERE!! We are already planning our next trip back. Thank you thank you thank you for the trip of a lifetime!

My husband and I had an absolutely incredible stay at Dreams Luxury Suites! Our room was beautiful, our terrace with our private pool and jacuzzi and view of the caldera was indescribable! They served breakfast (you pick what you would like) to us at the desired time on our terrace and it was delicious every single morning. The staff is very kind and extremely helpful. We felt incredibly lucky to stay here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
