They call it a B&B, but there's no breakfast. They say there's "climate control", but there's no AC, no fans, nothing. Everything in the bathroom leaks every time you use it. There's a kitchen, but you're not allowed to use it. This place is the very definition of false advertising. The only good thing I can say about it is the cleaning crew was nice and friendly, and I wish them the very best.

Decent place. The only thing worth the price is the location. Very close to Termini (the main railway station , about 500m) , very close to Colosseum (600m , each evening after the visiting day se made a short walk to it). We had a 4-bed room , quite spatious , but : the TV , a huge LCD , was not working properly (a lot of dead pixels , image not inteligibile) ; jacuzzi not working (using it only as a classic shower) ; safe not working ; sockets are very hard to use (phone charger very hard to get in and out , needed raw force). They had a kitchen at 3 rooms , but it was just decent. I gave 3 stars because with that many faults , the price should be lower, otherwise , if it would have been cheaper , I would have gave 4 stars

The location is good but everything else was a disappointment. The toilet did not flush and when you flushed the toilet the water came out of the bottom of the shower. The room was also really small. I'm glad it was only for two nigths.

Structure in an excellent position in front of Termini station. Room and bathroom tastefully furnished and clean. Kitchen space equipped with everything needed for coffee, hot and cold drinks and meals. In all of this, the welcome, courtesy and smile of the lady and her husband, owners and managers of the structure, must certainly be underlined. Definitely recommended

We had booked a "suite" for 5 people and in the pictures you could see two beautiful, spacious rooms. Unfortunately it was just a very small room with a double bed and three single beds. The situation was hardly reasonable for 5 people and some of us had to look for other accommodation. Unfortunately there was only one key. Bed and Breakfast, unfortunately without breakfast. The kitchen is available, but may not be used. At least there is a fridge and a microwave. The common living room in the kitchen is also quite small and if the residents of the other rooms had also stayed there it would have been very cramped. Our contact person was very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage before check-in and it was brought to the room for us. The location is very good with 10 to 15 minutes to the Colosseum and Termini train station. Only access to the accommodation is very difficult to find.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
