The location is indeed strategic and the price is reasonable. There’s printed announcement that the building is under renovation for new carpet and etc so I understand that somehow it’s bit messy, they play music for day time in the corridor which is a bit disturbing for me since my room was near the speaker, there was error when I turned on the TV so we call the receptionist and get repaired immediately. But overall it’s a good experience, the breakfast was ok, minus there’s no cereal which is my fav but they have egg corner so i love it.

The room are good and breakfast also so good. But it's to bad, my friend in other room has forgot sweater in the room after hours go back again there is no lost & found item in that room. So bad the Housekeeper, you should put on lost & found. I know the rules on Housekeeping coz I learned that.

The hotel is in a good location. However the accommodation is very disappointing. The rooms have old worn out carpet which is dirty and smell, looks like they have never been vacuum cleaned. The first room they gave us ( room 611 ) even had weeds growing in the corner of the wall and window, I could not believe what I was seeing. I took a photo and showed the receptions and all she could say was, I will let the cleaner know! The linen is old and stained, the pillows smell, the towels have holes in them. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in indonesia over the years and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I highly do not recommend this hotel. Please see attached photos of my experience.

The hotel requires significant improvements. The room has a distinct smell of old cigarette smoke and fungus, likely due to the lack of a window and only a glass wall for a good view. We stayed for two nights and were incessantly bitten by insects. The room was not properly cleaned; there were stains in the bathroom and dust in most areas. Insects were even found on the table. The sheets were also dirty, indicating a lack of proper washing. While the breakfast was acceptable for the cost, the Wi-Fi connection was often unreliable. The staff service, however, was commendable, the hotel location is good as well. Despite the affordable rate of $24 per night, the hotel needs to address these issues to provide a comfortable stay for its guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
