Very good location. Poor attitude of the staffs and poor facilities. I visited the hotel for three times, the first two were fine, the facilities in the rooms are old but it’s acceptable as this price in Kensington. When I was staying here yesterday, the shower didn’t work, I discovered that the faucet in the bathtub was broken and was constantly flowing hot water. And the first time my friend got the staff’s help, we succeeded turn on the shower head but the water temperature was piping hot and couldn’t be adjusted. We asked for help again politely, the staff was arrogance, he said there was nothing he could do. When I asked him to come into the room to check again, he refused me and looked impatient. I feel like I didn’t have the enough respect as a guest in this space.

Room tiny, bathroom tiny, toilet stuck behind door. Bed raised up on etc base, when I moved it felt like I was on a rocking horse. Shower attachment didn't fit the holder.Railway/ underground lines right outside the window, very noisy as trains passed every 10 minutes, even after midnight. Cooked breakfast cold.

Stayed here for 1 night. The bed sheets had weird stains all over the bed and mattress. The curtains had similar stains. The room itself was tiny which for one night I could get over. In the morning when we went down for breakfast there was a drop of milk left not even enough to put in a coffee. There was only a couple of slices of bacon and a tiny bit of scrambled egg plus the coffee itself was stone cold this was only 920am. We had told to the manager Aldevron and showed him pics of the bed sheets and curtains with the stains. As it was in the morning we did not know the sheets we slept on were filthy dirty with stains. When we asked Aldevron (manager) told us rooms are cleaned everyday. This is clearly not the case as these stains looked old. He then told us because we had prepaid he could not offer us a refund.

Staff was polite and helpful. Great location, the vicinity to Earl’s Court station is ideal. The rooms are small as mentioned in all the other reviews, but clean and the bathroom renovated. It’s perfect for short stays, 2-3 nights. Definitely good price. They have the luggage storage option included. So if you plan a city break, where you actually visit the city and only need a place to sleep this is it.

The room is very dusty. All the bed stuffs are full of dust. The shower area is very small and dirty. The bathroom smells very bad. The towels, some days it's clean, some days it's dirty. The housekeeper only changes the towels and clears the bin for you, they don't change your bed stuffs or clean your bathroom or bedroom. So, if your room is dusty or your bathroom smell bad, it's gonna be like that throughout your stay. The room I stayed is very small, and the layout made it even smaller. It is the weirdest room layout I've ever seen. The bed for one person is quite small, and the pillows are flat and hard. In conclusion, if you can find other place with the same or cheaper price, go to somewhere else. If not, this hotel is passable. But it might not okay if you plan for a long stay. I would recommend to stay at a better place, at least it might make you enjoy your vacation more. **Important** I really had a problem with the dust while staying at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who is allergic to dust.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
