Enjoyed my stay at Drift. Room was small but well decorated. I would have appreciated more water since I stayed multiple days. Note that your room won’t be cleaned unless you ask. Staff was responsive to my text when I needed shower caps. I appreciated having a room code rather than needing a physical card. I would stay here again!

Drift Santa Barbara is perfectly cozy, with a great location that provides easy walking access to so many SB staples. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the on-site offerings (Dawn + Dusk) make it a great place to start the day or night. Highly recommended!

The Drift hotel was an amazing stay! The hotel itself is in a great location--only a few blocks from the beach, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, cafe's, bars, etc. They even have a café & bar in the hotel. State street was very lively at night, but you can't hear the noise from inside your room. The added touches made the stay very memorable! Everything from the functionality of the space, to the amazing soap scents, the moody lights, and modern industrial feel--it was easily one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Bonus is you get to check-in & out using your phone! Saved so much time not having to wait on a concierge. I simply received a text with my room # and a code for access. I will definitely return to the Drift hotel :) hopefully sooner rather than later!

Great location in downtown Santa Barbara on State St. We could walk most everywhere we wanted to go. A lot of cute shops along State St. and restaurants/bars. The bars are going late into the night, so the hotel provided earplugs, which were greatly appreciated! The hotel itself was new and modern, clean and very comfortable. The bed was heavenly. Would definitely stay here again!

Impeccably responsive staff even though there was no traditional "front desk" so to speak. Most of my questions and inquiries were emailed/texted, and the Drift staff always got back promptly with answers and solutions. Dare I say, they were even more effective than in-person front desk staff I've worked with in the past. I was incredibly impressed. The location is phenomenal! A close walk to the beach, bike path, downtown. Everything is walkable. The room was efficiently and tastefully designed and comfortable even with our 16-month old toddler in tow! Loved that Dawn and Dusk were just downstairs and we sadly did not have an opportunity to try Dusk yet, but Dawn had some great coffee drinks and pastries. Bed is as comfortable as everyone says. Would absolutely come back to Drift the next time we're in Santa Barbara.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
