        They cancelled my reservation without explanation. Then I saw my room available... for twice the price of my booking. Completely unreliable. Edit to reply to the owner: I did enter 3 different credit cards that work EVERYWHERE. Stop lying.

        It’s very well maintained hotel, rooms are big and clean. All rooms are carpeted with good washroom. I loved the rooms but no lift and breakfast is poor so always book without breakfast.

Room was very poorly average Staff was Very Rude specially that Reception Lady Very arrogant Basically they Scam Internationa Tourist. I am suppose to live for 2 night but oir olan has changed so i asked her (receptionist) To refund 1 days amount first she Agreed but later she refused. She abused me in her local Language and Threathened me. Please guys be prepared to come in this Hotel. Basically they are Scammer. Basically

        The location of the hotel is great, even though it is located on a very popular street still the rooms are very quiet and comfortable for sleeping I guess it is due to the perfect architecture of the building. The room was perfectly clean, breakfast includes several tasty options. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful.

        We had an issue with our reservation via a third party booking site and Turan at the front desk was very helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us to find a solution. We couldn’t stay at Du Port this time but we’ll be back!! Thank you Turan!!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
