I booked this place on the basis that it was cheaper than where I'd normally stay (it's been a bad year!), but what a pleasant surprise. OK, its not really like an apartment, more like a hotel room. It is comfortable. One thing that was good is the air con. You can control it to any temperature and it is not too noisy, this is something that other places I stay seem to struggle with, so that was a positive. The beds are comfy, the views are great, but the windows are in desperate need of a clean. Staff are nice on the desk, as was the housekeeping. Wasn't a nice pool experience, as it's on level 6 l there is too much road noise from down below. The pool itself is great, plenty of beds too. All in all could definitely stay again. Think I paid £23 per night.

It was a pleasant stay given the beautiful view of the twin towers and other tall structures around. Pool was nice and the hotel rooms were clean.one thing was weird that they give just one key for a room doesn't matter if there are multiple guests. There is a 24*7 open restaurant at the lobby which serves reasonably priced food and beverages. The hotel also helps with the luggage storage if required.

Good location and price is also ok. Car park is at level 4 and need and experienced driver as narrow passage. Parking is not free charges 20 RM for day. Room ambience is good and with kitchen and hall of good size and scenic city view. Little highway noice at night. That's the main drawback here. Pool is good and restaurant beside front office and fares are very reasonable.

The price offered for room is cheaper but you need to pay for parking card. At least RM20 a day for Touch & Go. No phone in room to call the receptionist/house keeping. Asking for few times for floor mat/towel at receptionist but no action. For LRT, you need to take a cab/bus to go to KL sentral. To come again? I definitely go to the opposite hotel than here.

TV no WiFi. No toiletries like basic toothbrushes. We spent 3 days, no TV...no decent restaurant. Lobby like pondok. Aircon in room cannot reach beyond 25%. No room service. The restaurant at lobby, no aircon. The food very average. Room was nice though old. Very poor management.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
