I booked my stay for a week here because it is within short walking distance to sinbi muay thai. It is a good option if you plan to train there. I do consider it to be a bit overpriced for what it is. The rooms are okay. The fridge has no freezer. The bathroom is good. The hot water and water pressure was awesome. The bedding on my bed for the first 3 days was terrible. It was textured and rough. It was so uncomfortable to sleep. But they changed it after a few days and it was smooth material. The lock on my door didn't seem to work well, so I had to fiddle with the lock every single day to make sure it was locked and even then, I think you could easily break in. There is a pool, but there is no sun. It is completely shaded. The area itself isn't special. You need a bike or car to enjoy. There is not much you can walk to. But nai harn Beach is less than 10 min car ride away.

Awful! Air conditioning didn't work properly so could not sleep. Noisy neighbours in room next door. Pool looks nice in pictures but it is tiny and nobody uses it because it's in a horrible location. The bed was hard and the pillow like a big brick. So I borrowed a soft pillow from a friend, but left it behind when I check out, and when I called a few hours later to collect it I discovered they had thrown it away. So don't forget anything because they throw it away and don't keep it for you. The location is in a small street and there is no parking. You have to leave the car in a building site up the road. I will not stay here again. There are much njocer places around with nice people running them

Update: I have now been here 5 times and still love it already planning my next trip to thailand and will definitely be staying here again Original post: Rooms are great for the price has a nice refreashing little pool service is fantastic i will be back again

Lovely staff. Very clean. Nice cool pool. They rent scooters. Quiet area. There are some restaurants in walking distance but when you get to the main road it is quite dangerous to walk due to a lack of pavement and very fast, dangerous drivers. The only drawback is location. There is nothing in walking distance. We made the mistake of walking to the local beach. There isn't really beach and you need to walk past a dump. Best bet is to hire a scooter.

Very nice place with very nice staff room was clean and spacious. They offer bike rentals and outsourced car rental. I rented a car and the service was very reliable. I book the room with access to the roof top jacuzzi. Its a shame the rooms are not exactly connected to the jacuzzi itself and the road outside the property was really muddy cus they are building a new road. That aside staff was all really friendly and helpful 👍
