We stayed with my husband and 2 of our friends...both our room and that of our friends were super comfortable, very clean and fragrant; tastefully furnished and modern.... the bathrooms are very comfortable, equipped with every comfort. At your disposal you have a coffee machine with a choice of pods and packaged biscuits, a mini bar with free bottles of water, air conditioning and a small balcony with a table and chairs for having breakfast outdoors. Access to the room is also modern because you have a private code to enter before entering. The location is excellent because it is 2 steps from the subway and Eataly, as soon as you get off there are several bars and clubs. Excellent welcome thanks to Paolo who is super friendly and very helpful in recommending places to visit. We can't wait to return!😉

Very beautiful location and equipped with every comfort, starting from the private coffee machine, up to the two free bottles of water. Paolo, a superlative host. The idea of electronic access codes is super convenient. Quiet area, with bars and supermarkets nearby. I will return as soon as possible. Thank you :)

Very very very kind! Very nice and welcoming room, 5 minutes from the metro. Privacy at the top, once you arrive at the premises you will receive codes via WhatsApp to access both the condominium and the room. All very nice and technological. The owner always proved to be very helpful and friendly! A thousand thanks!

Well located, well furnished and well renovated B&B. Consisting of 4 identical bedrooms with bathroom. Small shared kitchen with only use of the microwave and sink. Access to the door with codes on the phone, use of codes to enter the house and individual rooms. Poor breakfast in the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
