Overall property categorisation is adequate with 2* although in Europe would probably be 1* Property is outdated but housekeeping staff is doing their best to keep it clean and overall it is clean BUT - carpets! Omg! Please please in the name of hygiene and cleanliness gods and goddesses - get rid of them as a matter of urgency!! I’ve binned all my white socks as a result. Also you can’t walk bare feet - this is how dirty it gets regardless of the vacuuming. Very best thing of the hotel is bed and pillows. I’ve slept in many hotels around the Eu and US but this one probably has comfiest mattress and pillow, no joke! Staff in the property were generally well mannered, especially latinas housekeeping ladies, my heart goes to them! Such hard working! Tall guy receptionist with the specs however needs manners and communication training.

if you have a room facing the street you won't be able to open the window, it's very very noisy! the air conditioner is noisy, the street is noisy! as soon as you enter the hotel you smell urine/chlorine? Generally, it doesn't smell good. during the day and in the evening there is a lot of noise near the pool, it is very audible in the room. toilet seat🤦‍♀️

Will absolutely be staying here again. Comfortable and clean rooms, awesome pool, good service, free parking. Felt safe and comfortable. Walking distance to 7/11. Otherwise need a card or Uber to get to most other things. There was a table outside our room and people gathered there very early for breakfast. Can hear people talking so recommend earplugs.

What are the odds I’d meet the owner of the Dunn Inn on the same flight to San Jose, Costa Rica? Once he found out I was booked at his hotel He gave me an upgrade at no additional cost to me. The staff were super friendly, and professional and went over and beyond to make my stay a memorable one. I highly recommend the Dunn Inn. My stay was more than I expected. I will be back. Karen C. This place was clean, comfortable and even pretty charming, with a nice (small) pool in a quiet inner courtyard. For the bargain price, which was cheaper than anything else in the vicinity, i wasn’t expecting something this nice. Even has a kitchenette. Friendly staff too. Highly recommend if you are visiting LA on a budget and want to be in the central area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
