I No recommend this hotel.. all reception attitude is not good. I check in hotel at night and found out the room is totally different from what I booking.. I went to reception ask but they replied me that although the room difference from picture but that room still under the room type I book and said all the room are full and no able to change to the room which I request. I tried to find their official website also can’t find the room picture under the room type they mentioned. This is misleading customer to make booking but in the end get difference thing. Location is quite far from MRT station which is around 12 min walking distance. The breakfast is not tasty as well. So really no worthy hotel to book.

I really enjoyed my stay here! My room was so stylish, nice, and clean— designed by famous designer Philippe Starck. The mirrors everywhere was cool. Bed, linens and pillow were all so comfortable - I had really good sleep every night here. The breakfast spread was also super nice. The staff was helpful and provided me with freshly scrambled eggs, omelettes, and cappuccinos every morning. Location is prime and walking distance to a kids play place which was important to my family. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

The room design is not common as hotel, too many mirrors even in toilet. Especially for the mirrors surrounding bed, not a popular design for Asian in my perspective. Overall, it’s a clean and too fashion room in very nice location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
