My family and I had a very lovely stay. Pleasant and friendly host. Suite was clean and fresh with modern furniture with all the appliances you would need for a smooth family stay. Fresh mountain air and great views from the patio, the easy access to hiking trails were just delightful for a quick weekend reset while still close to the local beach and eateries. Lovely pool area, kids had so much fun. We would definitely stay again.

A most delightful stay! Very friendly and helpful hosts offering good service. The lodge is easily accessed in a quiet and safe setting. There is even access for hikes into the mountain. Our unit was high on the mountain and easily accessible. Climbing the stairs was well worth the view of the Peninsula. If it were not for a slight curve in the mountain, you would see both the Indian and the Atlantic oceans!! Truly unique. The whole unit is spotlessly clean with modern furniture and appliances, cutlery etc. We would certainly stay there again.

What a wonderful place to stay in CT! Quiet and peaceful yet close to restaurants, beach, markets etc. Walking out of the gate onto the mountain is just awesome. Super comfortable, attention to detail and well priced, not to mention the friendly hosts. Having your own outdoor space is delightful. Will definitely stay there again when in CT.

Fabulous place with wonderful hosts who made us very welcome. The 2 rooms we booked (studio and cottage) were clean with very comfortable beds and great showers. The cottage had lots of space for 2 people and a lovely terrace. Equiped very well for self catering. Very close proximity to Clovelly Golf Club and walking trails out of the back of the property. Kalk Bay is only a short drive away with loads of great places to eat and drink. Lisa, Wayne, Josh and James, thank you for making our stay so lovely. The 3 J's x

Dunvegan Lodge is a gem in the quiet suburb of Clovelly. We stayed in a beautiful self catering apartment suitable for two people. There was absolutely everything you could possibly need to self cater. Outside was a lovely patio from which you could enjoy the sun and the sunset. There is onsite parking and you are close to many excellent restaurants, shops and the beach. It is in a central position to tour large parts of Cape Town and the surrounding area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
