Hotel looks recently renovated. Our family room has a decent size with a bath tub. The highlight of the hotel for our kids was definitely the photo booth next to the reception. Our kids must have taken a dozen pictures out so. There are a few nice restaurants nearby but I won’t say that we are in the middle of the actions. There isn’t much to do here for us, but the metro stations are about 10 min walk away. The metro lines are convenient and they take us to most places we wanted to visit in Milan. Breakfast was really good and staff there were very accommodating. Later check out was not an issue and there is ample parking opposite the hotel. Free parking in the weekend

This hotel is an easy ten minute walk from Milano Central train station. The staff was very inviting and welcoming and the room was simple but tidy. Everything was very clean and well kept. The restaurant had a nice buffet for breakfast and dinner was reasonably priced. The only negative would be the walls weren't great at stopping noise so you could hear some doors close and other things going on in the hallway.

Great location, minutes from subway. Lovely decor and well designed rooms offering plenty of sockets, good wifi, safe, fridge, lots of TV channels on a big screen. Great shower with nice toiletries and lovely soft absorbent towels. Bed was super comfortable. Had a very good stay

It is a beautifully decorated hotel, modern, nice big rooms . Service was really nice, and people working there very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment, as the variety was not much, the bacon was very difficult to eat (really hard) and in general the selection not the best. Very comfortable bed and big bathroom, but lighting was a bit poor in the room. Price to quality ratio does not work 100% for me at this hotel, but it was a nice stay.

Super clean, new, well maintained functional almost - luxury hotel. A 10 minute walk to Milan Central Train station. 7/10 breakfast (better like pork), but food is hard to get after breakfast and the jewel of the hotel is the external courtyard with outdoor seating and table service. Good American coffee, which is hard to find in Italy for breakfast and very near many cafes and restaurants. Many brand new elevators which work automatically off yoir key - a nice touch. It's been a pretty flawless week. And a ton of Marriott points.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
