It's all about the service, and the staff did not disappoint. The staff was very welcoming, cordial, genuine, happy to be of service, and attentive. What else can I say? We were welcomed with a bottle of Wine and gourmet chocolate treats. They had free wine tasting, cocktail tasting, and music in the rooftop bar, so make sure to stop by and have a taste. The water pressure in the shower was just right, and the mattress felt like cloud nine. Stayed in Room 40 with a balcony view out into the main street, boat deck, and beyond, We warmly thank you for seeing to all our needs.

We had an outstanding stay (15-20 December) at Hotel Duquesa de Cardona Barcelona. The staff was exceptional, and truly made a difference. Bea and Christina at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Ruben was funny and very helpful. The staff is knowledgeable, spoke perfect English, and their genuine hospitality made our experience memorable. Also has a nice rooftop bar and good amenities in the room. Clean and the location is solid... close to tons of restaurants, monuments, and bars. We will be back!

It’s my third time here, and I don’t plan to go anywhere else whenever I visit Barcelona in the future. Perfect location, super delicious breakfast. But the most important and most outstanding is the hospitality of the staff. Everyone is super helpful and very friendly. The service is 5 stars! The staff made the stay 10 times better. They are extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get anything you want. They are very friendly and always around. Truly I have never had a better treatment from a staff. The rooms were spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The location of the hotel was the best feature as its nearby a lot of the important attractions. Definitely worth the stay and would definitely recommend.

I stayed here with my family for NYE and the day after for recovery. My husband and I picked an interior room, and I guess we should have opted for a suite. We took showers when we got in from San Sebastián, and the shower doesn’t have a lip to it, and the drain was clogged. Come to discover the bathroom and part of the bedroom flooded. We could not get ahold of the desk, so we went down with wet hair to ask for help. They sent a guy up quickly who claimed it was fixed, but we tested it and it still flooded. Desk said he would send him up again but we told them we needed to get ready. They sent up someone to clean, and she told us to use towels when using the shower… if you looked at the walls closer you could see water damage, so this was not the first time. We asked to change rooms, but they were sold out for the night. They offered us free drinks and a room upgrade the next day. The next day rolls around, my husband asks when we can move our belongings. They told us we would have to leave our room for three hours and we would have a better room, no extra charge. Unfortunately, like most people on January 1st I was not feeling good. I just wanted to sleep, but now could not. They took my husbands number down to call us when the room was ready. At 3:15 (they were to call us at 3) my husband checks status of room. They said it was ready. It was. The next day, after sleeping the first night in a room with no shower and smelling of mildew, we asked for a partial refund because we were essentially kicked out for three hours to make up for a big mess up. We got a free breakfast and $50 euro back. Including the drinks at the bar and the upgrade, it comes out to maybe $200 when we paid over $300 for one night. I guess I wouldn’t be so irritated by this if my husband and I didn’t have to be so persistent with the front desk. The staff was mostly nice (exception was the female desk staff that morning), and they tried to make it semi better but there appear to be some big plumbing issues for the lobby also smelled of sitting water.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
