The suites and atmosphere was amazing. The service was great but could tell they weren’t use to conversations in English and kind of ignored it. Service still great but communication could have been better (awkward moments). Would 1000% stay again and recommend.. great location, literally able to walk to A LOT of places. Victor was very helpful as much as he could. As I was in Spain and I did not speak there language (English)I will not knock them for that.The place is beautiful and well taken care of. Recommend getting the breakfast if possible, worth it. Walking distance to beach and plenty of food

We were in Barcelona for the first time and picked the Duquesa Suites for its location to the landmarks we wanted to see, well, great hotel and great service! Highly recommended! The room was clean and modern and very comfortable. We had a great view of the harbor and ferris wheel. We were close enough to walk to the beach, a great day and many many great restaurants nearby! The concierges, Angel and Victor were both great at pointing out great, local restaurants. Great food every meal! We loved Barcelona and did miles of walking in the cool little windy streets. Great city, we will be back!

The hotel was clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Each staff member took the time to label a map with various restaurants and things to do in the area. The location of the hotel was perfect as the view from the room was water and right outside our door was countless bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Duquesa Suites to families or couples traveling to Barcelona!

I was rescued by the team members at Duquesa Suites Barcelona after my Airbnb booking turned out to be a scam. Edgard was there to save me twice, providing directions first and then eventually found me a room at Duquesa. I could not have survived my 3-day stay in Barcelona without the help from this team. Thank you, Julian for painstakingly relocating me to an even more suitable room. Thank you, Ruben for calling the cab and sending me to the emergency care. Thank you, Angel for allowing a late check out due to my health issue. Thank you, Ana for walking me to the pharmacy and making sure I was in good hands. Beside the extraordinary help and services I received, I found the location second to none, the room impeccably clean and comfortable, and security measures high. Thank you, Duquesa Suites Barcelona for being wonderful in every way.

Fantastic place to stay when in Barcelona. Great location and the rooms were perfect as well. Loved the little kitchenette and the fact that there was a lift and someone who could help with our luggage. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. Nice rooftop swimming pool as well. The temperature was just a bit too warm for the summer heat to cool you down.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
