I had a very bad experience. I booked this hotel for one night through Expedia and the photos were deceiving. It was a really bad condition. Lobby, elevators were not good at all. Room had no towel and the towel rod was broken. There was a water wiper in the washroom. Standing shower was right by the toilet seat. AC was not working properly and the room was 24 Celsius. Room carpet was so dirty and clean that I could not take my shoes off at all. The wall color was so bad. I would not even stay in this hotel for free. No phones to call the reception. I had to take elevator to go down to ask the reception about towels and reception informed that they are going to send it but no body showed up.

Best location. Just few minutes walk to masjid al Haram. The best thing about this hotel is the elevators. I've seen many hotels have too much rush on elevators and you can easily miss your prayers. But here the elevators are never busy because they have 4 elevators.

Worst service in a hotel ever in my life, its been 5 days we are here in this hotel our team booked 6+ rooms since 5 days they didn't changed any beds pillows etc, no room cleaning as well we asked them multiple times no luck, they keep saying today tomorrow etc. No wifi in rooms except reception only, poor lift very slow. 15 to 20 mins walk from Mecca

The worst hotel we stayed in our whole life. Very unhygienic. The staff is rude. The rooms are very dirty with stained sheets. No toiletries. No WiFi after 1st floor.

The rooms werent very hygenic. saw olives and grapes under the beds. a yellow stain on carpet. bathrooms were stinky and dirty. only redemtions are the location but this place is filthy. 1 star

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
