I arrived in the afternoon, requesting an impromptu tour of the hotel as a travel agent, and the ladies Faith and Susan graciously took their time to show me around. The hotel is only 6 months old and beautiful! Also very quiet as it’s in a residential area. Even if you don’t book here you have to visit their rooftop bar, The Aviary. You’ll see it’s very fun and sophisticated ✨ Highly recommend and will be happy to host clients here in the future!

Generally loved the stay here, the staff was exceptional apart from the food and beverage manager who made me feel extremely profiled. I think there's better ways to address issues . This guy was downright rude . Really appreciate James ,head of security who intervened and calmed us down. I'd give it a 5star but this one incident has me thinking twice about considering this place again.

The service is stellar. They have wonderful and attentive staff. The food is great and they have options for lactose and gluten intolerant guests. The rooms are very clean and cozy... The bed was very comfortable I was tempted to skip my meetings. I like the 12pm checkout time, it's a first! Home away from home!

I had an amazing stay at Dusit! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and beautifully designed. The food was outstanding, offering a diverse range of delicious options that left my taste buds delighted. The beverage selection was top-notch, with a variety of refreshing choices to accompany every meal. The service was exceptional; the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Unique interior design 👌🏾, clean and comfortable rooms. The rooftop aviary on 8th floor is a great place to relax, enjoy a drink with some good music. There's also access to balcony for outdoor sitting with great views of the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
