Love this hotel. I was traveling with my elderly dad and we both felt we could really relax and unwind coming from some prior extensive traveling. The gym facilities are great and have a beautiful view. The restaurant options are good and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will pick this hotel again if I ever have to be in Abu Dhabi again.

A very well maintained, high end hotel with fantastic facilities. I love the lobby. It is huge and there's space for everyone to hang out and do their own thing in the tastefully decorated area. There's a glass lift in the lobby which is definitely faster than those which I have encountered elsewhere. The staff is polite. Parking is ample, both valet and self parking is available.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and memorable experience during my recent five days stay at your esteemed hotel. From the attentive staff to the delectable dining options, every aspect of my visit was delightful.However, I feel compelled to provide constructive feedback regarding the mattress and blanket in my room. Regrettably, both the mattress and the blanket did not meet the expected standards of comfort. I believe addressing this concern will significantly contribute to enhancing the overall quality of stay for your future guests.

Great View and Beds, it’s super comfortable. If you eat dinner, I recommend pasta, with tomato sauce and meat. I love the place actually, you don’t need to drive to other markets, because the markets is just downstairs!!! If you need a medical care or have an emergency, there’s a small hospital downstairs!! The market is open for 24 hours, it’s a small market like 7-eleven but better. I also love the breakfast, there was hot noodles, waffles, salad, etc. I recommend this hotel

Was there for a business meeting, so Didn't stay on the rooms of hotel. Nice lobby, big enough entrance and designated valet service, location is not overlooking any good view. Food was not good, taste and quality was not good at all, all dishes were Indian style and either over spiced or over cooked.. Really could be better for a five stars hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
