I booked for 1 night on the hotel. I got a warm welcome by Mohamed from the receptionist. He was professional and lovely. I got an upgrade. This is not my first stay and not the last. I would like to thank Mohamed for his help and support. Note: I’ve reached early before the check in time and he was willing to help me to get the room but I asked him to keep the bags and we went to Dubai mall. Once we come back all the bags were waiting for us on the room. 10/10 Also it’s so close to Dubai mall.

What a magnificent hotel with excellent view and location. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and having a variety of food cousins. My suggestion is to try it when you are planning your trip o Dubai

Great location and clean hotel. The front reception and door guys are prompt and do an amazing job! Veer and Zaheer and Ishaq were truly helpful and very polite. They helped me book a taxi and gave me some advice on transportation. The room was a bit dated but clean. When we arrived the housekeeping missed some towels and floor mats so I had to call for some supplies but they came quickly. The location was good and the shuttle service they offer is good and can take you to Kite Beach and Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates. That was appreciated although there are not many runs to each. The gym was large and lots of machines and the pool water was warm and had this freshness to it. There is also a metro station close by and a small corner store for milk and bread etc.

The service in this hotel is superb all the staff are very welcoming and service oriented. They rooms are average and old fashion some how. The have one of the best bed mattresses and pillows. If you stay in the floors above 24 some times you smell the food from the restaurant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
