Overall it turned out to be a nice hotel. At first we had mixed feelings - there was construction around, the lobby had a strange "designer flavor". But we ended up loving the hotel. Without transportation it is not in the most convenient location regarding the center, restaurants and entertainment, but we were on a motorcycle and then we enjoyed a ride on the expressway. Would be happy to come back here again when the construction around here is finished.

We loved our stay at Dusit Thani. The rooms and facilities were fantastic, particularly the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly including the housekeeping team. Concierge member Sharman always greeted us with a smile and helped us book taxis, shuttle buses etc. The only slight downside to note is there is not much in walking distance of the hotel however this did not hinder our experience. We would usually get the complimentary shuttle in to the city and then a taxi home. The hotel is very convenient to get to the airport and you cannot hear the planes when you are inside the hotel.

Excellent event experience for a surprised birthday celebration. Mr Alex is a master in managing great expectations, understanding and exceeding our needs. All arrangements turned out perfectly well and highly recommended for future events. Pastry chef’s work for the specially commissioned cake is totally out from this world. All guests were impressed with the work of art, taste, texture and sight. Great work and thanks for the overall impeccable experience.

The hotel is superb. The spa is amazing and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The pool is very long so a great way to get your lengths in. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a fantastic way to end our 3 weeks in Singapore. Half the price of Marina Bay Sands and I had just a good a time here. The breakfast buffet is also very very good. The staff were all very attentive. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Dusit Thani Laguna.

Room was spacious. Had a one day staycation and it was pretty relaxing. Was assigned to a level 1 room and the pool entrance was just next to the room. You can see planes flying right above as the airport is just nearby. There is complimentary parking available at the concierge.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
