Our stay in this hotel was amazing and flawless. I can recommend it without hesitation. The personell was extremely polite and attentive, we felt very welcome and taken cared of. Whenever we had any request, we received immediate and kind attention. The staff is working hard and they really do their best to make customers satisfied. The hotel is comfortable, peaceful and quiet. There is a beautiful pool on the roof with a breathtaking view - there is enough of beds and the water is warm. There is a music by the pool, but not too disturbing.

We were a group of 40 people, and we gave it our best appreciation. Every staff member is smiling and was of great help with whatever we requested. Huge, beautiful, and comfortable rooms and extraordinary cleaning. We had breakfast, but the hotel also offers halfboard. The breakfast was sufficient and enjoyable, with warm meals. The swimming pool and spa on the last floor were amazing. The hotel is very close to the subway, and going on the subway is smooth, from 5 stations to the mall. The hotel also has free transfers at certain hours to the beach and mall. Nearby, you can find shops of any kind. Thank you so much to the team that planned this amazing trip. We will return!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic at keeping everything spick and span! I mean, seriously, you wouldn't believe how clean and tidy the corridors and rooms are. And let me not even get started on the view from the main road. It's absolutely breathtaking! I mean, it's like something out of a dream. You've gotta see it to believe it! However, I must say that the staff in the rooms are quite elderly, and the TV is rather small and not smart or connected to wifi. To make matters worse, the Bose speakers aren't working at all. It seems like the hotel could use a lot of improvement if they want to compete with the top-rated hotels.

I stayed at this hotel earlier in the year, booking a suite. The room was very clean, really spacious, with all the necessary amenities and more. Very quiet and not noisy at all, with a very special view of some buildings. The hotel staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The bar attached to the hotel, where breakfast was also served, was really special. A service and quality that are not easily forgotten.

Very close to internet city metro station! Staff is super helpful. They upgraded me to a suite without me asking. It was very spacious with a living room and a bedroom. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit outdated and have a tiny smell of old buildings. Breakfast was average but had all the basic items.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
