We came to this hotel for two nights and were pleasantly surprised! The price is so cheap for what you get. A beautiful room with a big bed, a nice bathroom, breakfast. The location is great too, right next to the tram stop. Thanks to Axell, he was a really nice receptionist. Greetings from Belgium 😁🤝

I had a great stay there. Good deal for the money and the staff was fantastic. Anna, who checked us in, was kind, funny and very hospitable. Happily loaned us a hairdryer, rented us bikes and ordered us a taxi for the airport. We didn’t hang out there much as there’s so much to do in Amsterdam. I will definitely stay there again. Thanks Anna and DDHV.

Small room, but it's all we needed for 1 night (no room to open a big suitcase) Neat and clean. Didn't have hot water all night, I guess boiler needed a reset. Breakfast wasn't very good. Quiet street very close to the park Thin walls so you can hear every door opening and closing and people walking above. Very nice staff.

The room is okay, the bed comfortable...but that's about it. The service was an up and down with this hotel and I'd rather say down than up. Booked a room for two, one person couldn't come. We couldn't downgrade or cancel the booking with a refund (someone in the family died), and they wouldn't even return the money for the second breakfast. In the end we had to pay even more to activate the booking again after realising we had cancelled the booking and wouldn't get barely any refund. The breakfast for "two" which I paid ended up being overpriced and just...bad. Look at the pictures, once the egg wasn't even boiled. It was just stuff they bought from the super market, nothing fresh. The cheeses etc. for the breakfast were all for each slice SEPARATELY packed in plastic producing not only a lot of trash, but eating was also was inconvenient as it was on top of that very very cold (should turn the fridge temperature a bit higher). This was a one time and never again thing. I'll go soon again to Amsterdam but definitely avoid this place. However I should mention that the hotels location is pretty good. It's right at the Vondelpark. So in short: + good location + comfortable beds - bad breakfast - bad service - not too guest-friendly in the event of emergencies (although they kind of tried) - overpriced

Nice, clean hotel with a very good location, 20 min walk to the city centre.Rooms are not really large but comfortable. Quiet residential area. Very helpful staff. 2 umbrellas in every room. Recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
