I stayed during new year eve. Room size is spacious, with complete amenities and kitchen equipments. I stayed in the room with city view, but sadly it's blocked by neighbor's big tree, so we could hardly see anything. My problem during my stay was the stove and microwave both were very hard to operate, some buttons were not working. Overall ambience was nice, but you will always hear echo from kids swimming at the indoor pool deck. Also it would be better if they provide water dispenser, it's a serviced apartment, people will expect water dispenser instead of 2 minerals

Stayed here in December 2023. Booked the 1-Bedroom Executive Suite without a high expectation, but was pleasantly surprised with the room. The location is a bit hidden, but still close to the big street and most of the time it's less than 5 minutes ride away to Pondok Indah Mall. The room was spacious with well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Definitely will be in my shortlist for next stays around the location. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Rooms were clean, but the handles on the bedroom doors kept coming off. Location was nestled in a clean residential neighborhood. Not too far from PIM. Staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They spoke multiple languages well including English, Mandarin, and Arabic. They have an indoor playground, pool, and free laundry

A gem in the middle of semi urban kampung area. Quiet, nice neighborhood, and inside the House, you cannot help but feel impressed by the luxury and comfort that the place has for you. The rooms are like apartment units good for 3 pax, or 4 family members. They serve food in your room, so you don't have to go to resto. The rate is quite attractive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
