It was definitely not a 4 star. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. We had 2 rooms, one twin room with 2 single beds, it was a nice sized room. But the Dubble room had barely space for 2, couldn't go around in the room, no space for chair, bathroom was spacious though. There was no coffee machine in either of the rooms. We got one from reception was it was broken,after mentioning this to reception got coffee from bar(voucher for a drink, that's positive!) Average breakfast not much to choose from. Close to the airport & didn't took long by metro to city centre. All in all we had a comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and cooperative. I would recommend this place.

I had great experienced in DWO Colours hotel in Madrid! People are working there very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is healthy with lots items. I definitely recommend to include the breakfast when you are booking room.

The room is very tidy and cozy. Breakfast service is very good and the staff are always friendly. The hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the metro, from which you can get to anywhere in the city without hassle.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights earlier this month. We didn't have much expectations due to the lack of reviews and visibility online via Google Maps and TripAdvisor. We're happy to say we were very delighted with our stay here at DWO Colors Alcala. We checked in late at night and it was a smooth process. We availed of a double room and while a tad bit small, the room were spotless clean and modern. The toilet was large compared to the size of the entire room, and we were supplied with Dove body wash, shampoo and hand soap - definitely refreshing and not cheap like other hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. City center / Gran Via is about 20 minutes away by car, and Mercadona and Lidl is about 10 minute walk away. Not the best location, but good and accessible enough. We also did some outlet shopping at Styles Outlet (San Sebastian de los Reyes) which was about 25 minutes away by car. We'd definitely recommend this hotel, super high value for money compared to staying somewhere closer to the city center. 8.5/10

The rooms were perfectly fine. Even there is a coffee machine with capsule. It felt me more clean . The location is a bit far from the city center but I wasn’t in Madrid because of vacation so it was fine. Service a bit slow but it’s completely fine. I would stay here next time as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
