The hotel is near to the city center (25-30min) Metro line 5 is 5min walk from the hotel, and it goes to the city centre. We didn't use too much ticket, because metro5 stops almost everywhere in the center. The room was so clean and beautiful. It was small, but enough for spend there a few days. We loved the breakfast. Everything was deliceous and looked good. The girl, who worked during breakfast time, was so kind and worked so hard. She was fast and precise. The staff was great! Everyone was kind and they helped with everything. They made us a surpise for our anniversary. We loved the hotel! I would stay there anytime if i go to Madrid! Thank you!

It's not bad, it's not amazing either. It's what you'd expect of a 3-star establishment. It's really close to a major metro line (about 2 mins walk) and then it's about 15 mins to downtown. I think the breakfast options are lacking slightly (though there is some variety) and I would be nitpicking because, again, it's just a 3-star hotel. The staff wasn't as helpful as I'd like though - we requested a second roll of toilet paper, we were told 'sure' and it never happened. We ended up buying our own. When we saw the lady again, it's like we never had the conversation with her. So yeah, really inoffensive, okay establishment.

The hotel very close to metro, it is very convenient travel into Madrid city centre on metro . 30mins metro journey. The room has air conditioning, safe and fridge. The only down side i found is the bed is a little hard for my liking.

I ve travelled to Madrid for few days together with my wife and other group members and had accommodation at this hotel booked in advance with breakfast included. All staff very friendly, professional. Especially Mr Saul impressed us very much indeed during this time spent here because his professional skills, "to do" manner and his english level used. He had answers for all questions asked, proving a lot of knowledge linked to tourism and horeca area of interest. All other staff like Will, Tamara and even Carmen, ok. Saul's receptionist colleague, as well. Cleaning team as well - very effective and professional. Congrats! We will not hesitate to come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
