Only good thing to say is the location and Bed linen was clean, but everything else was poor. I’ve stayed in hostels that was better. Dust on the headboards, carpet full of dirt, bathroom was questionable. I know they are doing it up, but at least do charge as much. On arrival, they charged $50 per night for damages (deposit) Not told about this until checking in.

The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The service at the front desk and concierge were great. Very friendly and helpful. Great location. It's across the street from the Summit and Grand Central Station.

This was by far the worst ‘4-star’ hotel I have ever stayed in (no matter the continent). For more than 300 dollars a night I didn’t even get a clean room, but I did get broken furniture. The view to the ‘inner court’ is a joke - I would prefer if it was bricked - would be less scary. Some maintenance was done at night and loud banging kept me awake. The only good thing about this hotel is location.

If you are new to visiting NYC, ⚠️DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! ⚠️ we were fooled by the photos! And the location! The minute we arrived, it was a very odd location. We reserved a king bed, but said it wasn’t available due to high demand. They gave us a double twin bed. Sure, they said they would have given a queen bed the next day, but being pregnant and tired, this was very inconvenient. The rooms were not clean and had a depressing vibe! Instead of staying in NEW YORK, it felt like you’re staying in a jail! The bed was not comfortable, and the comforter felt like sand paper and hard. Most miserable night I had. We booked elsewhere the very next day. On top of that the bathroom had a weird structure… no curtain when showering and the sink was so small. Overall, do not stay here !

I stayed at the hotel for 4nights last month. Room was clean and traffic was good. And I met this night shift staff “jasmine “,she was professional when I had some trouble of making a emergency call , I went to the front desk asking for help, jasmine was there and solved my problem patiently! I felt safe and relief because of Jasmine!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
