The room I stay was a tatami room which I believe was a bed before it and they have remove it. The mattress was not thick and sleeping on the floor was really bad for me. I had backache after 1 night sleep. I asked if I can change the room and they reply that my 5 days stay I will need to move room. He makes is difficult for me. I had no choice but stay on. I had to buy heatpad to place on my bed to help the coldness sleeping on the floor. Room service cleaning was not done properly. The corner room are with dusk unclean. I only get them to clean 2 days once and they just do a very rough job.

The room was so cold even though I turned off the air conditioner. And the room was so humid. Also there is big noise due to some kind of fans(maybe). But the hotel location is so nice and there are kind employee.

Perfect location, in XMD. Staff is polite, friendly and even introduce their facilities. There is a strong smell coming from L2 restaurant, and the L4 corridor has cigarette smell. The room size is good for 2pax. Air-con is fine but wifi is slow. Overall is great.

Regarding the hotel itself, the room is incredibly old and there are stains, rips, and marks on all the walls. Likewise, there are numerous cracks all over the ceiling and the curtains are broken. Moreover, the room is also very small — there isn't even space to open a single suitcase. There also seems to be an issue with the ventilation system as there are cigarette smells and the blankets are quite moist due to the humidity. On the service aspect, the reception was very unaccommodating. My mother was just discharged from the hospital yesterday and needed to rest well — meaning we needed to have two separate beds. In preparation for this, we called them yesterday and they assured us that we would be given a room with two separate beds. However when we arrived, we were informed that all the rooms with two beds were full and the only room remaining was a queen bed. Clearly, we tried to see if there were any other options for us (there were not) and subsequently asked if it was possible for us to be issued a refund since it was a mistake on their behalf (we were denied this as well). Even worse, when we told the lady at the reception desk that now we're forced to seek more accommodations, she was quite elated and asked if we would be leaving immediately (I assume she wanted to open up the room). Overall, there are much better alternatives nearby that not only have better conditions for their rooms, but also strives to accomodate for their guests.

“Value for money” This hotel in Taipei is the best value for the money. It is located in the heart of Ximen. It's situated near the laundromat, 24h restaurants, night market, souvenir stores, MRT, etc. The staff was also accommodating, and they made sure we had the best use of our time. They suggested visiting the places we wanted to go as some stores are closed during CNY eve. Our room is cleaned every day so we do not have to worry about our trash piling up. I enjoyed my vacation in Taipei and got to rest in a clean room every day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
