The location of the hotel(?) is good enough since it is about 10 mins away from the Nonhyeon stn. The male staff who I met was very friendly. But the room was just ok for one or two nights since there is a rather strong draft and a funny smell in the room. And at times, it can be quite noisy, even in the middle of the night.

Room was very small but enough for just overnight stop. The shower is in the toilet. They provide kitchenware, washing machine, microwave, cutlery. I can't find plug to charge my phone. The hotel is very convenient from airport by bus no. 6009 and then walk uphil. Easy self check in. Free wifi in front of the main gate. Very near to gangnam. There is 7-11 next to hotel

Quite comfortable, the owner can speak English really well, and it's a big help for foreigner. The room size is compact, but still better and bigger compared to other accommodations with almost the same price.

Good location. Room small but everything is there. "You get what you paid for" will apply here. Though we never had any cleaning lady coming in over 8 days of our stay... and the towels weren't exchanged at any point so we had to wash and dry the one we got in the first place. hygienically not recommended but if you are looking for safe and convinient place, this place is alright.

Very affordable hotel stay with your own attached bathroom. Try not to stay in room 201. I got bitten by mosquitoes. There's a discotheque nearby and because of that on a Sat night there will be drunk youngsters talking loudly from 3am to 6am. My friend who stayed at room 203 had a much better night of sleep than I did.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
