The rooms are not 100% clean and some of the bedmatras are not comfortable because of the springs. And their service is not perfect due to their staff members some of the staff are not paying attention to the client 's needs.

Me and My wife got married on 17th December and was desperately looking for a place to stay for the weekend. We managed to get a booking at very short notice and was lucky to book in late. The stay was awesome and very relaxing. We requested if our family can come and visit and management approved in an instant. Family enjoyed the sun and the awesome swim. Thank you to management and the staff that had to deal with all of my wifes requests. See you soon again!!

We booked in late on Saturday night the 15 Oct'22 after making pre arrangements earlier the evening. After we paid they booked us in the Violet room. When we arrived late by midnight after a busy day we where shock to found dirty bedding and bath sheets in the room. In the bathroom there was still used floss and cotton and the floor mat was still wet . The place was so dirty and nothing like the pictures. The early the next morning I reported and shown the person in the office the pictures I took the evening when we arrived. He apologized and I ask to speak to the manager or owner as we paid R800 for a very unpleasant stay. Raelene firstly blame her staff and offered me a 50% discount on our next stay. I declined as I will never stay in that place again. She offered that her accountant will refund me Friday the 21 Oct'22. The refund was never done. She blocked me on my number and dont answer emails. I have whatsApp messages where she took the booking and agree to refund in full. I have also photos of the dirty room and bedding.
