        Mostly functional serviced apartments well located for staying in Central London, with one major issue: the bathroom is way too small. The apartment I stayed in had a small but comfortable double bed, a small table with two serviceable chairs, a kitchenette with an induction hob and microwave and usable WiFi. I don’t know if I got lucky or if they’ve fixed it since the other reviewers were here, but I had no problems watching TV or uploading large files for work. Contactless check in worked fine. The only problem is the bathroom. It is tiny. There is barely enough room to sit on the toilet. I have to raise my leg over it to do so because the sink is in the way. If you have mobility issues, keep this in mind.

        Contactless check-in was easy enough. Stairs for those not on ground floor, no lift, so not recommended for those with limited mobility. My room was small, however it did have everything I needed and, as I was on my own, it was not an issue. The bed was high, leaving space for suitcases under bed. Room too small for dining table. No opening window so aircon was vital which it did have. Bed very comfy. Kitchenette, wardrobe. Very nicely redecorated, everything nice and new and clean. If other guests were noisy, you would hear them. Can't remember which room I was in but it was up 2 or 3 flights of stairs at the back of building.

        Despite appearing to be on a quiet road it gets a lot of loud, boisterous, foot and vehicle traffic, I imagine this might not be as big a problem if you were situated on the higher floors or perhaps even on the ground floor if you were right at the back of the building. Our room however was on the ground floor and situated right at the front of the building by the entrance and the road. If we had the choice we would not have chosen this room, but we did not have that luxury. Avoid flat 6 at all costs. It's not fit for a good night's sleep, heck even a less than average nights sleep. Especially not for £150 a night. I've had better and cheaper nights above a pub on a Friday night!! I desperately tried to change our room during the cacophonic early hours of Sunday, but it turns out the remote office isn't open on Sundays (at all) so I was unable to give them the opportunity to improve our stay. The room and facilities were adequate, bordering on good maybe. The bedding, the mattress and the bed were bad, new slats are obviously required as the creaking was comedic. But the noise, good grief the noise, from the positioning of the room... we didn't get any sleep due to other guests stomping up and down the hallway and being loud and rowdy, combined with people outside being loud and rowdy and indulging in illegal substances (that poured in through the apparently closed window) between 1am and 5am. I think I'll stick with Travelodge or Premier Inn next time.

        Very centrally located. Great access to buses, the Tube, Overground and the High Street. The immediate area plus the property itself felt safe, day and night. Communication from the property was absolutely excellent throughout - before, during and after. Very clear, concise, easy to follow instructions were given regarding check-in, how to access the building, how to get your key etc. It was a very smooth, efficient process and I had absolutely no issues, everything worked just as it was meant to. The room itself was a little small but perfectly adequate for a solo traveller. The bed was big and comfortable. Shower was great. In my kitchenette, I had everything I needed - fridge, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, cooking hob, cutlery, delph, cups, even scrubber and teatowel. There was no air conditioning (though offered as a purchasable extra). The apartment got very hot, and though a small fan was provided, air conditioning probably should be offered as standard. This wouldn’t be as much of an issue if you’re not staying in the middle of summer like I did.

        The location was great! I loved the space that we used but. There were a few things I was not impressed with. Such as the first impression of the space. As soon as we walked in a nasty smell was coming from the bathroom. As we found someone left behind a little present... For the entire 4 days we stayed there was this same nasty smell from the bathroom. I'm not sure if it had to do with the pipes or what. I even bought an air freshener for the bathroom. Also the stove top Induction was not functioning. Not sure if it had to do with the pots that were provided. The wifi is very spotty. I had a hard time working. If they can address the issues. I would go rent again In the future.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
