If you are a heavy sleeper this is the place for you. If you are a normal to light sleeper, good luck. Adjoining rooms sound like they are right there with you, absolutely no privacy and since others are not respectful, especially at night, it’s a difficult place to get a good nights sleep. Staff - Extremely friendly and helpful. Best part of staying here. Room - Noise, you can hear everything from the rooms around and above you, and outside noise. Cool look and setup. Location - Great, can walk to basically everything, didn’t have to get in the vehicle once. Savannah itself, underwhelming.

This lovely boutique hotel is the epitome of Savannah. Welcoming, dignified and oozing with old world charm, hospitality and gentility. After driving for four and 1/2 hours then receiving that “Welcome to Savannah” greeting all I could do was smile, sink into my chair reach for a cocktail. Also, very clean and well appointed room.

The room was beautiful and in a great location and 2 of 3 of the ladies that served the front were great! The other didn't acknowledge us going in and out. The location was fantastic! One street over from the water and noise so we were happy to not hear anything, but close enough for food and events.

Dog friendly, room was awesome with high ceilings and old school like the historic district. Staff was over the top. They served wine complimentary! Parking was easy. Walk to riverfront. Would highly recommend.

Rooms are VERY nice and clean! Staff was quite friendly all hours if the day and night! The location is amazing to, walking distance to many sights and attractions! I will definitely stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
