The room, location and price are unbeatable. I was a bit nervous when reading low review after booking. However, I was lucky enough to get the new renovated room (it was automatic lock). The bed was comfy and no weird smell in the room at all. The location is super convenient, near Ximen station and Ximending market. All good food just within 5 min walk so I don't think you need breakfast at the hotel. The staffs were all helpful and friendly. It's true that the wifi could be unreliable. It could be off for 15-20 min then back. I think it's a con if you're travelling for work and plan to work in your room. However, for leisure trip like me, I spent most time outside so I don't think it's that important. Also, the sound proof is indeed not good. If the rooms nearby are noisy, you could easily hear that. However, it could be solved by headphone I guess. I was lucky that all nearby room were mostly quiet at night - except the early morning of new year's eve but that's understandable. Overall, I'm happy with my stay and definitely will book again as the pros are way more than cons.

The room is ok, the staff is ok, the distance to ximending is ok but what most people need is the wifi, is never connected for more then 15 sec and got kick out, told the staff and she say will need to reset, but no improvement, my wife complain again and they check say someone off the network. Was told on back but still we are only getting signal for 15sec and got kick out. Sound prove was bad, can hear next door talking so noisy and cannot sleep if neighbour start making noise.

Overall happy with my experience, especially with the service of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. Location of the hotel was great too! My only comment is a slight smell coming from the restroom.

Overall experience with the hotel staffs and rooms are good, the only minus points are the renovation currently carrying out which will starts on weekdays at 9am sharp. Probably the hotel should preempt the guest when booking that the hotel is carrying out renovation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
