This is easily the finest room I have ever stayed in. I will admit I'm not one for luxury but my girlfriend had the pleasure of picking where we'd stay the night this time around and while the price is pretty steep, the experience is great. The smart elevators were a new experience for us, the hallways were very sleek and dimly lit to match the rooms ambiance, and the view from our room was spectacular. Should I feel the need to splurge again, I'd come back.

My friend booked a room here for her 33rd birthday. The hotel was beautiful. The room was amazing. We had the room with the big balcony so the view was so beautiful to see. Customer service was amazing. They were so nice, professional and quick with our responses. The hotel is in a busy part however things were so close which made it convenient. 10/10 !

I really want to give this hotel 5 stars overall because the room, amenities, and front desk were top tier. My overall experience was great! But my bill, however, showed a charge for a bottle of liquor ($65!) that me and the other guest did not take or use. They did refund my card to their credit, but the updated bill has a new charge for a bar of Snickers we definitely didn’t take either. I can’t be bothered to call the hotel again for a candy bar, but wanted to share my experience about my billing issues with this hotel.

We stayed here for a week with my family of 5. It was awesome. It is so close to lots of great restaurants and attached to the mall so we got lots of shopping in. It’s also beside the Metro Mover so we hit up tons of different city attractions quickly (and it’s free to use!) The swimming pool was family friendly and the cocktails were fabulous. Thanks for having us!

I did a day pass here and loved it and I told myself I had to experience this hotel again. It will be my home away from home. The hotel is so high tech. Very clean and luxurious. Lee did amazing job checking us in and showing us how to navigate through the hotel. Very nice young man. I will be coming back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
