During our vacation and our three day stay at the One @ Tokyo Hotel in Japan, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service that this hotel offers. The first thing you notice is the cleanliness of the hotel, which is consistently maintained at a high level. The price-performance ratio of the hotel is good. The location of the hotel is fine. It is located in an attractive setting that is both quiet and welcoming, with easy access to various local attractions and transport options. Overall, the One @ Tokyo Hotel offers an excellent accommodation option in Japan that impresses with its cleanliness, excellent value for money and convenient location. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The staff was friendly and the rooftop area is amazing! Great view of the Skytree and it was nice to be able to relax at night with a view of Tokyo. The key is actually wood which was cool. Plenty of space in the room to move around even with an extra bed and the headboard area has enough chargers for everyone. The room and bathroom were very clean and the shower had great water pressure. Only complaint was the bathroom is open to the room which is a little weird for some people - the shower is completely glass and the toilet has a frosted glass door. There is a sheer curtain you can pull over the space but it still feels strange.

For the price point this hotel was not worth it. I stayed at two other hotels in Tokyo and had a better experience. Before checkout we were packing up and noticed that there was a used condom under the bed. I was there with my 7 year old so I was very upset. I alerted the staff at 8am and they just apologized. We came back from breakfast at 10am and it was still there. They still charged us a 200 yen accommodation fee. Poor hotel quality and customer service.

Review for One@Tokyo hotel I come in to one@tokyo hotel with certain perspective:My family own a 4 star boutique hotel in Bali, Indonesia so i have already stayed in high quality boutique hotels. One@Tokyo Hotel interior design is interesting mix minimalist with modern wooded and metal decors. I would never forget my first night in first trip to Japan. It was rainy and As i stroll from Oshiage metro train station to one@tokyo hotel for the first time, my first feeling entering the lobby is warming welcome, and i could sense that the staff are professional ,calm and friendly. I stay there with my girl for 5 nights and i could list more why one@tokyo is recommended for middle to middle upper milenials: 1. Strategic Location ( family mart & aeon mart) within 1 and 4 minute walk 2. New hotel, modern yet simple decor 3. My favorite ; so many ammenities for hygiene and consumption . P.SOne of the best soap and shampoo quality i seen. 4.One of unique competitiveness : rooftop facing clearly tokyo skytree tower. 6-7 minute walk. 5.My other favorite : provide cookies in lobby every day, amazing selection of teas. 6. Staff Front, Cleaning Staff are absolutely friendly and professional. Overall if i have to use numerical rating here it is: Design 7.8/10.0 Location 9.2/10.0 Staff 7.8/10.0 Amenities 9.5/10.0

We booked our last night in Tokyo. We took a suite overlooking the Sky Tree Tower. The suite was complete with all our needs, from a coffee machine to a projector, a view, and high-quality bath products. They kept our bags with them until our flight time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
