The room was really nice but when I moved the bed, there was a load of dust and dirt under it so they clearly don't clean that. But it was spacious , had AC, a fan, a nice toilet and a desk with a chair. The shower head was quite dodgy though. It also had a TV with BBC, bangla news and more. The view outside was a rusty pipe which isn't the best but it's OK because I wasn't their for the view. My room had 2 nice beds and a mirror but depending on the room you buy, you can even get sofas and a while table to eat at. The service was absolutely amazing. The man took all our luggages up and down the three flight of stairs ( there is no lift) and he came up to give us Tea and clean under the beds. Very kind of them. Everytime anyone opens the hotel door, an officer will be standing there to guard and open the door for any customers which is great for safety and welcoming guests. The interior of the lobby Is very pretty as it has 2 colourful fish tanks and a showcase of old bengali artifacts. We ordered Chinese food to our room (which wasn't from the hotel but they collected it for us) and It took agessss to come but it was very nice. We also ordered breakfast(which was from the hotel restaurant downstairs) the next morning and that was also very nice. The WiFi is great and works well. The hotel is on a main road so it is hard to park in the area and get out of the area but overall, this hotel is absolutely amazing for a hotel in Dhaka. I am Bengali and know how disgusting bengalis can be so this hotel is very nice and clean compared to others. I would recommend it to others.

My first impression entering this place was it was like walking in a horror film if you like cockroaches this is the place to be the owner mom is a bit nosy asking what I do for a living I didn’t like that and the place is infested with cockroaches it’s not clean I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here one of the worst hotel in the world, one of the worst experiences I have ever had, it was like torture staying here worse than those haunted houses in Niagara Falls

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
