Good location, comfortable bed, good shower. For the price, it's a great standard room and facility. Breakfast I'd skip. The most amazing were the people. The staff was super nice, helpful and considered. They helped us with transport, ideas of where to go and what to do. And they even offered us a gift since it was my hubby's birthday. Thank you.

Good location, room was reasonably considering the price. They have a common area where there is microwave, drinking water, snacks/coffee available. Also washing machines and dryer is available in this hotel. The first day we weren’t given any toiletries which we thought the hotel didn’t provided it cause of the price but the second day the room keeper provided it back to us but we already purchased our own. The “hotel” was located on 2 floors inside a commercial building so it was quite difficult to find. They have single rooms as well as female areas, so if you are a solo female traveler it feels quite safe since you need a special access card to get through. Overall would recommend for those on a budget.

The rooms are pretty small but it is compact and has everything that you need for a short stay. It's also right next to a popular dumpling spot, great for a hearty and quick meal after a long day. The front desk is helpful too when asked about trips around Taipei and navigations. All in all it was a great hotel apart from the tiny room, and they only provide 2 pillows for each room.

Service is fantastic. The gentlemen that helped us took extra effort all the time to assist us on anything we ask. We was there on 1 Dec to 4 Dec 2023. Room: Not perfect as the toilet taps slightly lower quality, hard to adjust the water temperture. Beds and room is good other wise. Coffee area is nice to chill or if u need to do some work. Wifi speed is good. Breakfast is good as they get from local shop nearby so it is very local. Location is good as it is away from tourist area yet just a short walk you can get a lot of food places that the local seems to like it from what i experience while dining around the area and able to hear/see the locals flocking there to dine. I do not mind going back if i visit Taipei again.

Great place to stay. Very clean and spacious with easy locate the train station. Most importantly affordable for the area and easy access to food area and mall. Highly recommended. Didn’t experience much service as the hotel is very basic which is good enough for a short stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
